Definition
Word or phrase stated in this Agreement will be define as set forth below:
DHE Is PT. Dhecyber Flow Indonesia , Jakarta

Subscription Form
Is a document issued by DHE on the CUSTOMER request which has been signed by CUSTOMER and is to be applied as legal ground for this Agreement

Customer
Is a person and/or a company who will be using the services as described in the Subscription Form attached to this Agreement.

Subscription Contract
Is a service agreement between DHE and CUSTOMER that contains this General Provision, and included as attachments and as integral parts of this document are:
   a. A Subscription Form; and
   b. Their Amendments;

DHE Services
Are services provided by DHE to CUSTOMER that can include one or more of the following:
   1. Dedicated Servers
   2. Cyber Colocation
   3. Rack Solution
   4. Virtual Dedicated Server
   5. Managed Services Solution

DHE Services are provided as agreed by CUSTOMER and are to be leased partially or as a whole with technical specification as stated in the Subscription Form.

Billing Statement
Are charges agreed by CUSTOMER for DHE Services for the period of the Service Term as stated in the Subscription Form.

Period
Is a committed time of Service for DHE Service by CUSTOMER and has been agreed by DHE as stated in the Subscription Form.

The Agreement
  1. DHE agrees to provide facility of Service to CUSTOMER for the duration of the Service as stated in the Subscription Form.
  2. CUSTOMER accepts the operation of the Service at the DHE office based on the specification of Service referred to in Subscription Form.
Period
  1. The subscription period is as stated in the Subscription Form and will be effective commencing the date which stipulated in the Subscription Contract.
  2. CUSTOMER shall give written notification to terminate the service minimal 1 (one) month
    1. For Dedicated Servers and Rack Solution.
      2. The subscription period for this service is minimal for 1(one) year, and the payment method can be chosen as stated in Subscription Form.
    2. For Cyber Colocation and Virtual Private Server.
      3. The subscription period for this service is minimal for 3(three) months and the payment method can be chosen as stated in Subscription Form.
    1. For Dedicated Servers and Rack Solution.
      2. In the absence of the notification as mentioned in Article 3.2 above, the subscription
      period will be extended automatically for 1 (one) year in advanced, with the payment system depend on the CUSTOMER which is written in the Subscription Form before.
    2. For Cyber Colocation and Virtual Private Server.
      3. In the absence of the notification as mentioned in Article 3.2 above, the subscriptionperiod will be extended automatically for 3 (three) months in advanced, with the payment system depend on the CUSTOMER which is written in the Subscription Form before.

Asset Ownership
  1. For Dedicated Servers, Rack Solution, and Virtual Private Server.
    2. The ownership of the Service equipment and its supporting facilities used to provide Service shall remain in DHE.
  2. For Cyber Colocation
    3. The ownership of the Service equipment and its supporting facilities used to provide Service shall remain in CUSTOMER, unless it connects with the DHE services, so they are DHE's.
